Mr Norbert Almeida aka NORBALM is a Security and Crisis Manager with over 19 years of experience in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Pakistan. As a subject expert in Incident and Crisis Management as well as Safety and Security, Mr Almeida has delivered trainings and lectures at numerous local and international forums. His audience has included serving government officials, both in Pakistan and abroad, security professionals, students, parents and the general public.
Mr Almeida is a certified Trainer of Trainers in areas such as Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Detection of Counterfeit Visas, Passports and Currency.

Ms Farieha Aziz is a Karachi-based, APNS award winning journalist. She is a co-founder and Director at Bolo Bhi. She has a Master's degree in English Literature. Ms Ayesha Kasuri

Ms Ayesha Kasuri is a trained and certified early childhood educator. She completed her graduate and postgraduate studies at Kinnaird College, before moving to Virginia, USA in 1998. There she joined the Montessori Academy Internationale, a programme which culminates in a Master of Education degree in conjunction with Loyola University. The Montessori Academy Internationale (AMI) is an institute founded by Maria Montessori to carry on her life’s work. Ms Kasuri has worked closely with the 0-6 age group and has helped design and implement several early childhood programmes in the US.
After being a teacher, consultant and trainer, Ms Kasuri joined TNS as the head of the Early Years in January 2009. She diverged slightly from her Montessori path when she attended the Reggio International conference in Singapore where she was inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach, the overarching philosophy at TNS. In the summer of 2011, she became a teacher trainer for project-based learning. She earned her credits from two different organisations: the Buck Institute for Education, which is the pioneer and leading institute for PBL, and the University of Aurora in Chicago. Mr Yousuf Kerai

Mr Yousuf Kerai learnt to sing and play the harmonium under the tutelage of the late Master Babu Khan at the age of eight. At 16, he was accepted as a student of the tabla maestro, Ustad Khurshid Hussain, and has been playing tabla for the last 18 years. Yousuf holds a BA in mathematics and an MAT in teaching mathematics. He has lectured and taught courses on music and mathematics for The Aga Khan University (2011 - 2014), Peaceniche-T2F (2010-2011), School of Leadership’s Young Leaders Conference (2011 & 2012), Tedx Karachi (2014), Loyola University (2015), Habib University (2016) and has held many recitals and orchestra performances with master musicians in the US and Pakistan.

Ms Kiran Khan is an Olympian swimmer. She debuted at the age of 10 in 2001 and came to national attention in the 28th National Games in 2001 and then in third World Islamic Games where she became the youngest ever female Muslim swimmer to win a gold medal for Pakistan. Ms Khan became the first Pakistani to win a gold medal in the South Asian Swimming Championship in 2007. Nadia Naviwala is an independent American writer and researcher based in Islamabad. She investigates and writes about foreign aid, local philanthropy, civil society, and education in Pakistan.
Nadia moved to Islamabad in 2012 as Pakistan Country Representative for the United States Institute of Peace. At USIP, she started the Peace Innovations Fund to give small, flexible support to social startups. Prior, she served as a Pakistan Desk Officer at USAID and a National Security Aide in the U.S. Senate. She started the internship program at the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington, DC as a college student in 2002.
She taught U.S. foreign policy at the National Defense University in Islamabad in 2014.
Nadia holds a Masters in Public Policy degree from Harvard Kennedy School, where she was an International and Global Affairs Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, a Public Service Fellow, and an associate with the Carr Center Program on State-Building and Human Rights in Afghanistan and Pakistan. She holds a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.
Ms Naviwala has received two prestigious scholarships to attend the Kennedy School, as a Public Service Fellow and Belfer International and Global Affairs Fellow. She was also associated with the Carr Center's Programme on State Building and Human Rights in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Dr Tariq Rahman

Dr Tariq Rahman got his first doctorate (PhD) in English Literature. Subsequently, he switched to linguistics taking an M Litt in the subject. However, his major research publications are in language politics, linguistic history, educational linguistics and sociolinguistics relating to South Asia in general and Pakistan in particular. That is why Dr Rahman describes himself as a South Asianist and a historian of language with focus on the Muslims of Pakistan and north India. It is on the basis of his published work of the last 25 years that his alma mater, the University of Sheffield, awarded him a higher doctorate (DLitt) by examination. Dr Rahman is also the first Pakistani to be awarded the highly prestigious Humbold Research Award from Germany. Chef Diego Torres started his culinary journey at the University San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador where he obtained his chef title in the culinary arts after a 5-year culinary degree.
