Ms Aisha Amir Ahmed is a career teacher, debate educator, and feminist. She grew up in Lahore and has lived and worked here most of her life. Educated at Kinnaird College for Women and Oberlin College in Ohio, she is a longtime teacher at Lahore Grammar School. Ms Farieha Aziz is a Karachi-based, APNS award winning journalist. She is a co-founder and Director at Bolo Bhi. She has a Master's degree in English Literature. Ms Aziz worked with Newsline from July 2007 to January 2012 and also taught literature. She served as an amicus curiae in a case filed in the Lahore High Court in 2013, challenging the ban on YouTube, and is currently a petitioner on behalf of Bolo Bhi in a case filed in the Islamabad High Court challenging government's censorship on the Internet and the powers of the regulator. Mr Saad Hamid is a technology entrepreneur and digital ecosystem builder. He is focused on enabling the youth realise the potential of the ever-growing digital economy through Invest2Innovate where he is the Country Lead in Innovation and School of Skills. Mr Hamid has worked with TED, WEF, IDEO, UNICEF, UNDP, Upwork, World Bank, UKAid, Telenor and Mobilink on various projects related to digital empowerment and community building. He is currently playing a key role in running the Chief Minister’s e-rozgaar programme in Punjab and Youth Employment Programme in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Ms Ayesha Tammy Haq
Ms Ayesha Tammy Haq is a barrister-at-law with an LLB degree from the University of Kent, LLM from the London School of Economics and Barrister-at-Law from Gray’s Inn, UK. She is also a media personality. Ms Haq has practiced law in the UK, Pakistan, the Philippines and the USA and has worked on several international projects particularly in power and telecom sectors. Her area of expertise is project development and finance.
Ms Haq hosts 24seven, a current affairs talk show on Business Plus, where she has not just interviewed presidents, prime ministers and political leaders but those who advise on and formulate policy. She also writes opinion pieces for several newspapers and publications and hosts a radio show on FM89.
Ms Haq currently sits on several boards, advisory committees and task forces and was a member Pakistan’s 5-Year Plan working group in 2004. A civil rights activist, she is involved with human rights and other rights-based organisations in Pakistan. She has been CEO of Fashion Pakistan, the Fashion Design Forum and organised Pakistan’s first-ever fashion week.

Mr Jude Heaton
Programme Director, Teach For Malaysia
Mr Jude Heaton works for Teach for Malaysia as Programme Director. He previously led the strategy and delivery of access to higher education for Teach First, a charity which trains and supports people with leadership potential to become inspirational teachers in schools in low income communities across the UK.
Mr Heaton also serves on the advisory group for the Office for Fair Access. Before joining Teach First, he worked in the British Deputy Prime Minister’s research and analysis unit with a focus on social mobility and served as Alan Milburn’s lead advisor on higher education.
Prior to this, Mr Heaton lived in Pakistan for four years. He was the features editor at The Friday Times, and then set up an innovative new school in Lahore with the Beaconhouse School System. He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in philosophy.

Ms Iqbal is an accomplished media communications strategist and has also served as vice president public relations at Ogilvy & Mather Pakistan. Mr Sameer Khosa is an advocate of the High Court since 2008. Ms Nuzhat Kidvai has a Master’s degree in Education and Community Development. She began her career as a lecturer. Ms Kidvai is an activist and has been working for women’s rights for many years. Ms Marvi Sirmed is an eminent Pakistani journalist, political commentator, freelance columnist, human rights activist and a socialist.
